Keep Doing Even When…

We have all heard the phrase “Fake it until you make it!”. Meant as motivafional, I find it to be the opposite. It implies you aren’t doing the task but merely acting through it. If you are doing it, no matter how unconfidentally, you are killing it. Own that achievement.

What you should know as a new leader or a veteran is this: Keep Doing Even When…

  • You feel unsure
  • You make a poor decision and learn from it
  • You fail
  • You are tired
  • You feel unmotivated
  • You feel uninspired
  • You think you might fail
  • You have done it before
  • You have never done it before
  • Others say you can’t
  • Others say it is impossible

All leaders at some point will experience failures, set backs, insecurities, fear, success, and growth. The key is no matter what,

You Keep Doing:

  • Motivation
  • Inspiration
  • Making decisions
  • Learning
  • Growing
  • Resting
  • Enjoying
  • Connecting
  • Being vulnerable
  • Teaching
  • Leading

Let yourself enjoy leading by letting mentorship and leading be a part of who you are as a person rather than just something you do. Keep doing even when…what is your stopping point?
