Whether your weekends are on Saturday and Sunday, some time during the week or even just one day off; we all enjoy some relaxation. It is necessity for psychological and phsyical health. But if you find yourself feeling absolute dread about Mondays, there may be a larger issue.
Everyone has a period in their jobs that they don’t like or enjoy it. A few weeks is normal and can coordinate with other personal struggles. But if it goes on linger than a month, it may be time to consider looking at whether you need to make some changes. Remember, Mondays don’t need to be the enemy. Neither do Sundays.
Breathe more, worry less. Even when the world tells you to. Even when you feel you should. Let yourself enjoy and embrace. When you are balanced and happy, your leadership shows it.
